Fees depend on project size, scope and involvement required — typically a percentage of project value or a fixed fee agreed upfront in your Client Service Agreement. Once we understand more about your project on our free call, we can give you an indication of fees.

Absolutely! We have extensive experience in working with absent property owners in the overseas and holiday home market, representing on their behalf to manage and deliver construction projects when they are unable to be ‘hands on’. We provide comprehensive progress reporting and communications to suit each clients needs to ensure you are kept up to date at all times.
